Lindsay holds a PhD in Psychology specialising in the theory and measuring of personal wellbeing within Australian and international contexts. YDWellbeing is an expert provider of personal wellbeing theory and measurement and associated constructs. These measures are important steps to building flourishing student and staff populations.
Lindsay is also associated with the Australian Centre on Quality of Life, a group that has measured and reported on the wellbeing of the Australian population over the last 20 years. In addition, he holds memberships with The International Wellbeing Group (IWG), the Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth (ARACY), and The Australian Psychological Society (APS).
YD expertly measures and reports your population's level of wellbeing and associated constructs. A link to an online survey is provided that takes people a little over one minute to complete. These data are then analysed by YD and a report issued in plain English. Understanding wellbeing theory and your member's baseline levels is a necessary place to begin improving the wellbeing of your community.
